Here at Repair My Mac, we are looking to do the same. We want your business to thrive, and to be sucessful you need IT to work for you.

This is where we come in! We can help supply, maintain, repair, and support all of your Apple IT Requirements at your premises, with a backup of having our state of the art, fully kitted out repair room at our premises.

We can even help when product's become end of life, buy offering to take this equipment away, and give you credit on all stock we receive, which you can then use for any future purchases, support, or services we provide. We even buy redundant stock for cash.
 

Below are three example options of how we help businesses with their IT:

As a common option we undertake, we come to you as and as when required.

We charge no monthly fee for this option.

We do however charge a small call out fee when you need us. This booking can be made on this website here, which allows us to mutually arrange a time and date to assess your problem(s) / requirement(s).

Depending on the requirements, we will of course advise on full costs, timeframes,  once established. Sometimes we can offer reduce costs on supplied hardware and offer small discounts on labour if we are used or visit you regularly.

This is probably the most common option we find for all types of businesses go for.

We charge a small monthly fee dependent on the amount of IT requirements you have.  (We agree this with you first!)

 

We then usually do not charge for a online booking for us to come see you.. This booking allows us to mutually arrange a time and date to assess your problem(s) / requirement(s).

Depending on the requirements, we will of course advise on full costs, timeframes,  once established. We can offer reduced costs on supplied hardware and offer small discounts on labour if we are used regularly.

Finally our third option is taken on by some businesses around the Lincolnshire region.

This option, like option 2, charges a fixed direct debit amount to us, once we have established your requirements.

​

In addition to the costing, we include a 6 monthly health check free of charge to you, and offer remote support sessions too.

​

This means you pay no call out for assessing any faults or requirements, nor any costs for remote IT Support.

​

We also give discounts on labour, and where possible hardware discounts too.
