Service Description

Using the form below, you can have us come to your premises. Whether your a home user or a business, we can come to you, on a suitable date and time for both parties. Usually we arrive 15 minutes before the appointment, and the time allocated to you will be more than enough to diagnoses or assess the job(s) to be undertaken. Once we have done this inspection, we will make arrangements with you, to return back with parts to peform the said job(s). Sometimes however we would prefer jobs were taken back to base and we then perform the job(s) in house. All prices quoted will be discussed at end of inspection, and again we will discuss timeframes, costs and never speak geek to you. The call out cost must be paid in advance of engineer(s) arriving otherwise we may need to re-arrange the booking. All repairs undertaken again will use where possible Apple original parts, and will be fairly priced, and come with guaratee's you can rely on!
